Over the weekend we had athletes racing in Melbourne at race 2 of the WSTC duathlon in Altona and the Sri Chinmoy half marathon at Princess Park.

Adrian Polidano and Les Toth lined up in Altona for a test in resilience racing on tired legs from the previous days training and the intention to empty the tank.

Adrian got around the 5k/18.75k/5k run, ride, run format in 1hr 15min. A mechanical shortened Les' bike leg to 2 of the 3 laps however he was sure to go and finish the final run leg.

Well done gents and roll on the 2nd half of the year!

Mon Liston made the most of some good running form to take on the 1/2 Marathon at Princess Park. She managed to tap out 1hr 35mins for the 21.1km run and a new pb. A strong run from this young lady, well done Mon.

We also had our run workshop on Saturday afternoon where the group went through triathlon specific work with technique, injury prevention/ recovery, footwear and video analysis.

We still have a few spaces left for our 2nd swim workshop this Saturday the 23rd at MSAC. If you are interested in attending please email info@momentumendurancecoaching.com.au to register.

I am continually improving

"The training and coaching relationship is continually challenging, interesting, and individualised. It has not been boring or stagnant. I am continually improving which keeps me continually motivated."
