Training Camps & Workshops
Momentum Endurance Coaching camps are aimed at amateur, Age Group athletes looking to improve their fitness and triathlon specific skills. The camps cover swim, bike and run skills and training for triathlon, together with Q&A Sessions with Coaches and external experts. Topics covered include body maintenance, race day planning and nutrition, training planning, open water swimming and more. Our camps are suitable for athletes preparing for specific races and those looking to learn about how to train effectively.
