6 Week Beginner Intro to Triathlon

Our beginner course is suitable for anyone interested in trying out triathlon or starting their triathlon journey. During the 6 weeks there will be swim, bike and run sessions which focus on techniques for triathlon, skills to improve your fitness and tips for race day preparation.

Momentum Endurance Coaching camps cover swim, bike and run for triathlon with Q&A and info sessions covering body maintenance, race day planning and nutrition. Our camps are suitable for athletes preparing for specific races and those looking to learn about the Total Body Force methodology.

Swim Clinic

Momentum Endurance Coaching offers open water swim clinics targeted for beginner to intermediate triathletes and open water swimmers. These clinics are aimed to assist those wanting to gain confidence in the open water and build the fundamentals required for safe and successful open water swimming.
