With the long weekend gone the racing extended from Australia Day through to the weekend.

Mon Liston is back in the swing on things and swam the 1.2k event before taking off on her Epic cycle tour of Victoria. Mon made it a family affair getting her sister Cath involved for the event as well.

Talia Goddard has just recently joined the squad and her swimming background spoke for itself. A 5th place female and 11th overall in the 5km event. On the weekend Talia headed to the old stomping ground at the pool and snapped up a couple of medals in the 50m breastroke (bronze) and the 200IM (silver) at the Country Championships. We look forward to assisting Talia in her triathlon goals.

Busselton Olympic Distance

Sam Janssen stepped back up on to the podium with a 2nd place finish at the Busselton Olympic Distance. It is no mistake that Sams attitude towards keeping a healthy balance with training, family and work see her regularly performing well.

I could see the thought put into my training plan

"My motivation increased when I could see the thought put into my training plan and the difference it made in my result. The sessions were built for what I needed and I felt strong all day racing. Most of all I could feel Michael cared, so a very big thank you."
