Group Sessions

Due to the current restrictions we are not running any group sessions. We will advise once we can start these again.

Momentum Endurance Coaching offers a number of group training sessions each week to coached and non-coached athletes. These sessions allow athletes valuable contact time with a coach and the opportunity to train with other athletes. Sessions are set to meet individual training needs and with upcoming races in mind.

Athletes who are not coached by Momentum Endurance Coaching can attend group training sessions by registering for our Group Sessions Membership.

This membership gives non MEC coached athletes the opportunity to attend our group training sessions.
