Group Sessions

Momentum Endurance Coaching offers weekly group training sessions for coached and non-coached athletes. These sessions allow athletes valuable contact time with a coach and the opportunity to train with other athletes. Sessions are set to meet individual training needs and with upcoming races in mind.

Athletes who are not coached by Momentum Endurance Coaching can attend group training sessions by registering for our Group Sessions Membership.
