Victorian Duathlon Championships

Adrian Polidano showed that even with a swim/ride focus in training he is still maintaining a strong run. He lined up for the duathlon on Yarra Boulevard in Richmond and put together another great race, finishing 6th in his age group. We still have plenty of work to do with Buddha to get his swim and bike up to where it needs to be to achieve his goals, but he is more than happy to keep chopping the wood and do what needs to be done.

Amys Gran Fondo

Shane O'Sullivan backed up from last weeks Gran Fondo Worlds in Perth and took on the 120km course along the Great Ocean Road and surrounding area getting around in the course in just over 3 and a half hours. Shane's focus now turns to Busselton Ironman at the end of the year.

Not just a triathlete coach, but also a life coach

Not only has my coach helped me to achieve what I have set out to achieve, he has taught me so much more, I actually call him my triathlete coach and life coach. He believes in me before I have believed in myself, without him I would not have achieved my 70.3 World qualifier and Ironman pb's.
