It was a long weekend of racing and with only 3 athletes we almost hit a total of 50hrs of racing. Monica Liston is back in the groove of training and making full use of her base in South East Queensland hit the Cooly Classic Ocean Swim on the weekend. It was near perfect conditions on course at Port Macquarie for this years 70.3 and Ironman events with 6 MEC athletes taking to the start line. Kathy Delos Santos was in the final countdown to her first 70.3 in November last year.
