Group Sessions

Momentum Endurance Coaching offers a number of group training sessions each week to coached and non-coached athletes. These sessions allow athletes valuable contact time with their coach and non MEC athletes the opportunity to train with other athletes and learn about our training methodology. Each session is specifically set for each individuals training needs and with their next race in mind.

Athletes who are not coached by Momentum Endurance Coaching can attend group training sessions by registering for our Group Sessions Membership or paying casually per session.
