About Michael

Head Coach of Momentum Endurance Coaching, Michael combines his passion for endurance sports, sports psychology and helping others. Having competed in sport and worked with many coaches since the age of 6, he has an extensive knowledge of what is required both as an athlete and the coaching methods used to improve performance.

Having spent his youth swimming competitively up to a national level, Michael transitioned to triathlon in his late teens and has not looked back. Michael has been coaching  over the past 10 years and during this time completed studies in Life Coaching along with being mentored by top coaches including John Atterton (athletics) and Brett Sutton (triathlon). He combines his expertise in both areas to assist athletes in achieving their sporting goals.

Michael created Momentum Endurance Coaching to offer a comprehensive coaching service that promotes individual success within a supportive culture.
