Noosa Tri The weekend past was not to be overshadowed by the spectacle that is the Noosa Triathlon Festival. MEC had 3 athletes make the journey north to compete in the Olympic Distance event. As it tends to do, the Melbourne weather turned on a challenging day for the 'Around the Bay' riders last weekend. Kathy Delos Santos has showed how much she has grown not only in fitness but in confidence taking on one of her longest rides ever in the brutal winds. While Kathy is slight in build she has shown that tough days are for tough people. Well done Kathy. Matt Carmen rolled the legs over and opened his seasons account... Read more.
