Momentum Endurance Coaching had athletes racing in 3 events over the weekend. Trails, duathlons and a half marathon were in order and the boys did well. Wonderland Trail run It was great to have David Cunningham back in the fold racing after a string of bad luck earlier in the year. Hazelwood racing & Ultraman invites

Hazelwood 100 and triathlon festival We saw the beginning of the tri season kick off last weekend at the Hazelwood pondage for the LVTC annual 'winter triathlon'. A great venue 2hrs east of Melbourne that lends itself to year round triathlon on account of the water being the cooling pond for the nearby power station. Weekend wrap as the season builds

The weekly racing is set only to increase as we head closer to the beginning of the tri season in the Southern Hemisphere Last weekend we had Adrian Polidano and Les Toth racing the Western Suburbs Tri Club duathlon. Both are targeting races in the 16/17 Tri season and they are showing that progress is being made with their results improving each race.
